What are AI credits?
Every Erina chat answer, research report, and trade-builder LLM call is metered in credits — pass-through of the underlying model cost, no markup. Your monthly plan comes with a pool; you can buy top-ups on Power. Simple ticker lookups and cached research don't cost credits.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle so you keep what you paid for. Managed by Stripe Customer Portal — one click from your Account page.
Do you offer refunds?
First month, no questions asked. Email support@erina.ai. We'd rather have honest signal on why it didn't work than a locked-in customer.
