Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any part of the Erina platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Erina is a research and analytics platform for publicly-traded securities. It provides AI-synthesized research reports, options analytics, portfolio tracking, and related tools. The Service is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or trading venue. No orders are executed through Erina; you must use your own broker to place trades.

3. Not investment advice

Nothing on Erina — including AI-generated research, trade recommendations, chat answers, or scanner output — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, an offer or solicitation, or personalized financial planning. See our Risk Disclosures for full detail. You are solely responsible for evaluating every material number and every recommendation before risking capital.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to trade securities in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

5. Fees

Paid tiers are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cadence via Stripe. Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle; no refunds for partial periods except at our discretion. Fees may change with 30 days' notice; existing cycles are honored at the original price.

6. Acceptable use

You will not:

• Scrape, mirror, or resell the Service or any content generated by it.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent access controls.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Publish or redistribute AI-generated content as your own paid research.

7. Third-party data

Market data is licensed from providers including Polygon, S&P Capital IQ, Yahoo Finance, and the SEC. Data is provided on an "as is" / "as available" basis; quotes, greeks, IV, and historical prices may be delayed, incorrect, or missing. We disclaim all warranties on third-party data.

8. AI-generated content

Research reports, chat answers, trade recommendations, and other AI outputs are produced by large language models. Every output may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. Verify independently before acting.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erina and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and closing your account from the Account page.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
